Q: I need to be able to add an ad hoc list or a patient to the list

A: The ability to do this is rights driven, if you do not have an Add List or Add Patient button on the left hand side you either need to find someone with permissions to do this or ask your Super User to upgrade your rights, so in the left hand context menu you get the Add List or Add Patient button
